TesT screw testing machines are market-leading, with patentented components and always built according to most modern test methodologies.
Thus, TesT has built an instrument for safe and fast tests of screw connections for screws and bolts of M 3 to M 64.

The determination of adhesion factors is the most important factor of these tests.


There are three different, patented multi-component-sensors available:

  • Model 201 for 3 components
    the most used model for the quality control

  • Model 202 for 4 components
    for research and development

  • Model 203 for 2 components
    for simple quality cchecks, for example at surface coating companies, often used with hand drive

By use of these patented multi-component sensors the following parameters will be measured simultanious, without influence of one paramater to the other and with highest precision:

  • The preload in the screw during tightening and loosening - all models -

  • The total torque during tightening and loosening - all models -

  • The friction torque under the head of the screw - models 201 and 202 -

  • The friction torque in the thread - model 202 (will be calculated at model 201) -

  • The necessary angle wit a resolution of 0,1° - all models used with motor drive -


As Option can be integrated into the system

  • Extensometers

  • Controled temperature system to heat the screw (patented)

  • Ultrasonic extensometers

  • Adaptation for "Tension bolts"


Inside the Software TesTWinner data acquisition is made online and will be calculated according toi the standards. Different international standards or companies internal standards may be stored and used alternatively. Own customer specific requirements can be respected inside the software sequences and calculations.
An additional specific feature of the software is to show the friction coefficiant curve.

For simple applications by use of the 2-component sensor 203 wothout motor drive we offer a table top elecgtronic, model 807-2 with 8 MB Data logger and USB 2.0 interface as a cheap and quick possiblity fo friction coefficiant detection.
